Whenever you submit a support question using the form on this page, we will send you an answer as soon as possible AND post it on this page. But as said, our “What’s On?” Do-It-Yourself Content Management System is very easy to use. So we have not received many questions yet in the past 12 months.

Maybe we can help you with these 2 helpfull check-lists:
4 tips to maximize user adoption of “What’s On?”
It is very important to point out the digital and mobile program guide to the attendees. Otherwise they will not be able to find and to use it. We recommend the following:
1. Use a ‘QR code’ which directs the visitor’s mobile phone to the mobile website.
Please add it to tickets (if you use theses), badges, flyers and/or posters at the event. You can request a QR code (with your own colors and logo inside!) with us for FREE.
2. You should work with a ‘vanity URL’.
For example http://m.[your_organisation.com] . That is very easy for people to remember (m = for mobile and the rest they already know). In that case your web-administrator has to set a DNS re-direct to our domain http://[subdomain].triqle.eu . Please let us know when you do this, because it requires changing a setting at our side as well.
3. Send a reminder SMS with the URL
When you collect the mobile phone numbers of the attendees, we can send them a personalized text message with the URL to the mobile program guide. Our experience shows this works really well because people can click on the URL right from within the SMS message.
4. Attention at the opening session
Make sure that the chairman or host of the event mentions the mobile website at the start of the event, together with all the other important ‘housekeeping messages’.
Checklist for using “What’s On?” on screens
“What’s On?” works also works very well on screens in the venue. It is very easy to setup, if you just follow this checklist. Before the event you need to arrange:
a. availability of screen(s),
b. laptop(s) as a source,
c. VGA cable(s) between laptop(s) and screen(s)
d. Internet cable(s) for laptop(s) ; our experience shows that WIFI often goes down at some point during an event.
e. Power cables and sockets for screen(s) and laptop(s)
f. Check software: Installation of Firefox 3.6 or higher on laptop (free download at http://www.firefox.com )
